Dr. Netra Pal Singh holds M.Sc., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees. Presently, he is working as Professor & Dean School of Engineering & Technology, MVN University, Palwal, National Capital Region, Delhi, India. Before joining MVN University, he served at several prestigious institutions, including CSS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, India as Assistant & Associate Professor; the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, India as Professor; National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad, India as Professor & Head (Computers & MIS); and the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana, India as Professor (IT) Dean Graduate Program, Dean Research & Accreditation etc. He has successfully completed more than 50 consulting assignments for organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, the Government of Sri Lanka, National Thermal Power Corporation, India, Bhakhara Beas Management Board (RFP for ERP Implementation), the Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprise, Government of India, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, and the Food Corporation of India (FCI), etc. Professor Singh has published over 180 research articles in national & International Journals and has guided by now 28 Ph.D. scholars, and more than 400 master level dissertations. In the past he had taught at KIMEP, University, Kazakhstan as Professor & Chair MBA program. He had also taught as Moscow Stature University, Moscow, Russian Federation, Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur, India, Indian Institute Management, Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad, India. He had been to institutions / universities across the Europe, Asia, & North America as part of academic collaboration.
