Neslihan Ademi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering at the International Balkan University (IBU) in Skopje, North Macedonia. She earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Gazi University, Ankara, Türkiye, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. In 2025, she completed her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia.

Her research interests include adaptive learning systems, learning analytics, artificial intelligence in education, data mining and machine learning, with a particular focus on leveraging data-driven and AI-based approaches to enhance teaching, learning, and educational decision-making.
